Use the evidence responsibly
These terms describe the rules for using OpenGPT's public rankings, local decision tools, accounts, and submission workflow.

- Public rankings are research aids, not guarantees or professional advice.
- Do not submit private data, credentials, unlawful material, or deceptive evidence.
- Respect source licenses, provider terms, and applicable law.
- OpenGPT may correct, reject, unpublish, or remove unsupported material.
Permitted use
You may use OpenGPT to research public model and Agent evidence, create shortlists, compare public records, and evaluate systems on work you are authorized to use. You are responsible for checking official access terms, prices, regional availability, safety requirements, and legal obligations before acting on a result.
Accounts and submissions
Do not impersonate a provider, maintainer, researcher, or other person. Submit only public HTTPS evidence that you are permitted to share. Do not include passwords, API keys, private files, personal data, confidential prompts, or fabricated benchmark claims.
- A submission does not guarantee review, publication, catalog inclusion, comparison eligibility, or ranking.
- Users cannot set rank, evidence grade, or publication state.
- Rate limits and duplicate checks may be used to prevent abuse.
No warranties
OpenGPT is provided on an as-available basis. Public sources can be incomplete, stale, disputed, or changed after retrieval. Local validation checks structure and internal consistency; it does not prove provider authenticity, output origin, safety, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
High-stakes use
Do not treat an OpenGPT ranking or local report as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions. Obtain qualified review and independent validation appropriate to the risk.
